We aim to delete all data from previous clients within 1 year of their last trip with us. We hold the data for this time to provide the best follow up service.
We do not use your data we collect directly from you for marketing unless you give us additional consent to keep you up to date on any offers we might have. This will require additional opt in.

We value your feedback and receive wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google. All these platforms are required to be compliant by law and we use a tool from Lj Apps which collects no data itself.
Indirect through Analytics and Tracking Code
Our website uses Google Analytics and we advertise our business using Google Adwords. The data collected by Google Analytics does contain some personal data such as your device or laptop IP. This helps us understand and improve our website to suit your needs. We work on the fact Google, like any other business, must also meet the requirement of GDPR.
