I'd have no qualms about using them again.
First of all, I selected and paid for a 24-passenger minibus but received a 16-passenger van for 17 people (it did have an extra jump seat in the front). It was uncomfortable and not what we'd paid for.
The worst part was that one of the passengers was a child, so I'd both made a note on the booking and then called to confirm the day before that they would have a booster seat. I was told that the vehicle had lap-belts and therefore no booster seat would be needed. The vehicle we got instead had shoulder harnesses, so that passenger should have had a booster seat, but none was available.
